The goals

I checked my weight and my BMI last here. Here are my current statistics:
Weight: 63.7 kilos.
BMI: 25.4
Fat %: 42%

Here are my goals for the end of the year (which is in another four months):
Weight: 60 kilos
BMI: Under 25
Fat %: Under 35%
Metabolic Rate: Above 1500

I didn't really pay attention to my inches, but these are the measurements I'd like to see at the end of the year:
Waist: 29 inches
Hips: 36 inches
Arms: 12 inches
Thighs: 15 inches
Chest: 37 inches.

Fitness Goals:
1) To be able to run 2 kms continuously at 8 kms per hour.
2) To do 20 push ups without stopping.

Short-term diet goals:
1) Drink 1 bottle of water every morning.
2) Eat 2 fruits every day.
3) Avoid junk food. (no KFC till the end of the year)
4) Avoid sugar. (No desserts) and no caffeine as well.
5) Eat smaller portions.
6) No rice at night.
